We offer transparent, simple, and affordable pricing. Our Leasing rates are as follows:
1 Month's Rent
- High quality photos are taken within 48 hours (weather permitting)
- 360-degree video is taken
- Market the property online on various websites including: The Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Realtor.com, MangrovePM.com, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, & Hotpads
- Show the property to prospective tenants 7 days a week
- Thoroughly screen prospective tenants through credit reports, national background reports, prior eviction reports, employment verification & income verification
- Prepare and sign the lease agreement (custom leases are additional)
- Collect and hold earnest money deposits, advanced rent, & security deposits in escrow until the start of the lease
- Take a detailed walk-through video of the unit to show its condition prior to move in
- Have tenants sign a Renter’s Insurance Waiver form
- Conduct a walkthrough with the tenant and turn over the keys
